Our Story

Finding Healing

The goal of Complete Family Medical & Specialty is to offer our patients quality time to fully evaluate them and offer recommendations for treatment and healing. Our goal is for prevention, wholeness, and HEALING. In order to do this, in a way that is different from the standard American model, is to offer direct primary care. This is where we will not take insurance, but rather a monthly subscription that covers any urgent visit, preventative visits, chronic care management, procedures to help with pain management, the option for home medical visits, and much more.

By keeping our patient numbers low (about 200 patients per provider), we are able to offer more one-on-one time with our patients, more comprehensive reviews of their health, and more patient education on health conditions, treatments, and lifestyle changes. Our goal is to restore the health of our patients and our providers by offering them both what they come seeking in medicine, HEALING.

Meet The Team

Kayla Navarro, DO

Family Medicine

Dr. Kayla Navarro is board certified in family medicine with a passion for whole family care, women's health, pediatrics, and OMT. She attended medical school at Western University of Health Science College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Northwest in Lebanon, Oregon. She completed her residency with Trios Health in Kennewick, WA. She has been practicing medicine in the Spokane area since 2020. She loves spending time outdoors and loves all animals.

Ebony Graham, ARNP

Family Medicine

Ebony Graham is a Native of Florida. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a bachelors degree in Registered Nursing. Furthering her education, she graduated from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas as Advanced Nurse Practitioner in 2017. She completed her residency at CHAS Health in Spokane, Washington in 2019 and has been serving the Spokane community since. She enjoys traveling, history and making memories with family and friends.

Deb Snyder, MA-C

Office Manager

Deb Snyder has over 25 years of health care experience, with multiple certifications including medical assisting, phlebotomist, CNA and HCA. She graduated from Horizon Medical School in 2018. Before becoming an MA and phlebotomist, she was a manager/Instructor supervisor for
the instructors teaching HCA certification classes in Washington State for almost 5 years. She loves hiking, spending time with family, traveling and most of all spoiling her grandkids.

Kim Keyes

Life Coach

Kim Keyes is a certified life coach, and has also been a counselor for over 25 years. She loves working with clients to help them overcome obstacles and wounds, so they can be healthy, whole and thriving! She is excited to be a part of the team at Complete Family Medical. Kim loves spending time with her family in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
